We are looking to add to our staff. Looking for individual that can help with pet care and bathing of grooming pets, a Kennel Assistant, and a daycare attendant. -brushing (de-shedding)
-overall general pet care.
-cleaning kennels/grooming cages
-general cleaning duties,
-sweeping

-checking clients in and out

Day Care Attendant duties/Kennel Assistant
Day Care Attendant
Monday-Wednesday-Fridays 9am-3pm with a ½ hour non-paid lunch
Saturday-Sunday Am and Pm Chores (varies on how many dogs we have)
-Feeding and giving fresh water, and cleaning outside kennel runs daily
-Administering medication as directed
-playing with dogs
-redirecting any disagreements between pet (hope this does not happen)
-pet behavior awareness
-pickup/clean up of daycare and facility area daily
-checking clients in and out, taking notes on any issues that arise

Hey do you love animals. We may have a position for you in our staff. We are looking to add to our staff. We are looking to add a weekend kennel helper for morning and evening chores. These hours are variable and depend on how many pet we have staying with us. Also looking for someone that can fill in on some day time hours covering sick leave and vacations do doing baths and some front receptionist services. Looking for one for both positions or possible two people. Valid drivers license, computer knowledge and some experience with animal required. Please send resume to [email protected].

Pet Haven is looking to add to our staff. We are specifically looking for a weekend kennel helper. Hours vary depending on how full we are on any given weekend.

Applicants must be 16 years of age have a drivers license, their own transportation.

Duties include but not limited to
Must be Responsible
Computer knowledge
Must be Comfortable communicating with customers
Letting boarding dogs in and out, in our fenced in area
Feeding and watering the  boarding animals
Administer medications if needed
Cleaning and sanitizing kennels inside and outside
Scooping snow from kennels and sidewalks
Enjoy playing fetch and other activities with the boarding animals

We are all good now.

Attention Pet Haven Customers
Pet Haven is offline we have no internet or phone service, our line was cut during some construction in the area. We are waiting on a splice crew. Hopefully weather lets them get it fixed quickly. Please bare with us as to we do not know how long we will be down. If you have an emergency please call Danell cell phone at 641-820-1826. We will keep you posted with updates as we find out more information.

Hello all Pet Haven is looking to add to our staff. We are looking for a front receptionist. Hours would be about 3 days a week daytime hours. Duties included but not limited to scheduling appointments processing payments, and Calling to get vet records some cleaning. If you enjoy people and pets please email resume to [email protected]. Please email resumes only as we will have modified hours during the Iowa State Fair, and will not be in office all day. We are looking at conducting interviews at the end of August. UPDATE: Pet Haven is back on line we have phone and internet service.

Good evening. I just want to let anyone know that is trying to get a hold of me at Pet Haven I have not phone or internet service you can still call and it will go to the voice mail it just will. It ring in the building. Called in the issue someone should be out to look at it tomorrow morning. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. I will use my cell phone to get ahold of customers if needed.
