✨ Important Announcement ✨

As much as I love grooming your pups, I do need to be clear about my No Call/No Show Policy.

When an appointment is reserved, that time is set aside just for your pet. Missed appointments without notice not only affect my schedule, but also mean another pup misses the chance to get groomed. As a commission-based groomer, if a pet doesn’t show up, I do not get paid.

To keep things fair for everyone:
🐾 New clients who no call/no show will not be rebooked.
🐾 Existing clients who no call/no show will be charged a fee before booking their next appointment.
🐾 Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

I completely understand that life happens, and emergencies come up — communication is always appreciated. A quick call or message makes all the difference. I have been having issues with new clients booking appointments and no call no showing. It is very rude. Do not book just for fun.
