I’m so thankful to have been blessed with many new followers, so I figured I would take a moment to introduce myself and give you a little backstory to the significance of the Rottweiler in my logo. 🙂
My name is Laura. I’m a mother, business owner and currently a dog mom to two mini Aussies, Reese & Henry.
However, from 2012-2020 I had the honor and privilege to own the absolute BEST dog I’ve ever known. That was Jethro, the Rottweiler. He was not only my best friend, protector & heart dog but we literally grew up together. I brought him home when I was 18 and was lucky enough to have him until I was 26. He moved countless times with me, he went through losses with me, but most importantly he was also my daughter’s “big brother.” He cherished her and made sure she was safe all the time. They were best friends from the day we brought her home from the hospital.
Jethro didn’t just love us though… He loved everybody he met. He made all of our days brighter just by being there.
Unfortunately, the curse of old age caught up to him quicker than I was ready for and we had to let him cross the rainbow bridge right before COVID hit. We were not only mourning the loss of our companion, but we were doing it in total isolation. I couldn’t go on long walks, trips to the dog park or pet store anymore without being overcome with incredible sadness. I knew I had to put my love for Jethro to good use, so I decided to open Mutts N’ Stuff in his honor. With this company, I can all but hope to be able to give your pets all the love and attention I used to give him. I hope you’ll choose me for any of your pet sitting needs.
