Heather is an East Tennessee native who spent years at the University of Tennessee and in the natural foods co-op sector before joining the Terafloat team in 2024.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world, trying new foods, and working in her garden.

Meet Daelin, ours Sales and Office Admin Assistant!

Daelin has lived in East Tennessee for the past 9 years and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Upon graduation, she worked as an Account Development Manager but her passion for veterinary medicine and equine science never went away. In her free time she loves riding her Quarter Horse, “Prada” and spending time with her Husband, Dalton.

We’ve had much interest in our incisor shaft, lately! Our incisor shaft is designed for work on horse’s incisor teeth, and while corrections on incisors can be controversial, incisor work may well be appropriate after examination and clinic diagnosis.

It should be noted that incisor work should only be completed by skilled, licensed, experienced equine veterinarians.

Last month, Dr. Ruedi was in Germany teaching lectures with our Terafloat at the Veterinary Symposium in Germany! Eight different stations allowed for excellent learning opportunities utilizing the Terafloat, endoscopes, speculums, and accessories! 🦷

“Moo-ve” over horses, cattle might need their teeth addressed, too! 🐮 While cattle are not the average patient our Terafloat is advertised for, cattle can need their teeth floated on occasion. A prime example is shown here as Dr. Ruedi is in Switzerland floating this cow. 🇨🇭

Did you know the Terafloat’s head can rotate in 90-degree increments? The head can be rotated 90-degrees by pulling the head forward, turning the head with the lower sleeve until the desired position is achieved. ⚙️
