Red merle boy Ezra's just been kind of hanging out in the background while everyone else gets the spotlight. He's a beautiful pup, with his two different color eyes and soft swirls of different shades of red. Sweet, too - no complaints for his bath and nail trim - my favorite kind of puppy 😄 We're headed to the Medford Airport Friday to send pups off to Phoenix. Of COURSE Dave would snap the one shot with Carol not smiling. This was such a happy meeting - Easton chose Carol immediately and she was pretty smitten with him, too! We were braving a hurricane out there, it's super windy in Klamath today. Lots of fun ahead for these guys. Congrats to all of you (especially Easton)!

Smallest puppy in the litter is Emmett, and what a cute little boy he is. Nice bone and bold, sassy way of marching around completely oblivious to his siblings all being bigger than he is. *** ELVIS IS CLAIMED - CONGRATS DEBRA! ***Check out Elvis's eyes - his left eye's blue and his right is blue with a brown strip down through the center. He's a sharp looking boy and has a mellow friendly disposition to go with his good looks. ASCA registry Cisco and Duke boy, he's ready to go home next weekend. I've had so many requests to send pups to ARIZONA that I'm considering it! If it would work for you to pick up at Sky Harbor, let me know as soon as possible, because I think we can do it!

Well, I wasn't having much luck picking pictures of this beauty, so I'm just posting them all. Ellie is definitely leader of the pack, in a quiet, confident, sweet way. She picks up on everything. She was a doll for her bath today - even tolerating the blow dryer. I love her coloring and dark eyeliner. Little sweetheart is quietly napping under my desk right now.

The Cisco/Duke boys are sure a colorful bunch. These shots are from a couple days ago. Bold little guys are out in the snow right now, having a great time! Cisco's keeping a close eye on them and they go into their little house to snooze and warm up from time to time, but they're completely undaunted by snow. Love those attitudes!

Well hey, all! I'm shocked it's been so long since I posted! It's already been a long, cold winter and I guess we've been pretty well dug in. Hope you're all faring well out there. We weren't planning any babies around here until summer, but Duke and Cisco had other ideas. Sweet Duke, who's never been a digger, tunneled under our very stout 6 foot critter fence to romance one of his favorite girls and has seven beautiful pups to show for it. We'll also be offering this pretty three year old ASCA Duke & Cisco daughter, Queenie. This is difficult for us, as she's a favorite we kept back for when our beloved Cisco retired. But, as we've mentioned, we need to make some changes to make everything more workable going forward. Queenie is happy and sweet, loves hikes and adventure😆, gets along well with other dogs. And, as you can see, has beautiful coloring! Message me for details.

I really kind of love this photo because it shows how determined Bailey and Brad were to make this trip to take Dena home. They had over a 5 hour drive up from NorCal and arrived after 8 pm! If I was going to let this darling girl go, this is how I wanted it to be - to a family that would go to a lot of effort to welcome her into their family. Goodbye sweet girl, I know you're in good hands. Congratulations Brad, Bailey & Dena!!

It turns out Dena is the one feeling kind of lost and alone tonight, because Darly went home today! Brenda and Jay came up and took Concho (who is now Blue) home a couple weeks ago and then Brenda decided to come back for a pup of her very own. Darly, who's usually pretty lively, laid right down on the picnic table and laid her head on Brenda's arm pretty much the whole time we talked. It was very cool to see 💖 Congratulations Brenda and Darly!

So...I had to make an adult choice and I'm telling you, it wasn't easy. I don't know how you all do it all the time 😅 This adorable little punk is going to California on Monday and this WILL be a tough goodbye. I really was hoping Dena could stay here. But if we're going to stick to our guns on simplifying our life, it's just not the right time to add a puppy. This will leave Darly all alone after Monday and I hope not for long, because she'll be a little lost too without her sassy sidekick.

Well, Dani (now Athena) doesn't look like she's missing us much. Look at her already getting away with murder up on the couch! And she has two great new buddies to romp with (the red merle on the left is a Dolly/Duke baby ❤) when she's not being loved on by Sydney and Novak. Wish I could post the videos they've sent - she's loving her new life! Congrats Sydney, Novak, and Athena!!

This is our last full day with Dani and I have to say, I'm really going to miss her. She's a smart, savvy pup with a lot going on in that pretty head. I think it gets a little harder to say goodbye when pups stay a couple extra weeks - that's when you really start to get to know them. I know she's going to be well loved in her new home, though.
