CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) are an extremely important part of every veterinary office. We literally couldn't function without them.

Veterinary receptionists are often a first and last point of contact during a pet care visit. Those that provide client service in animal hospitals are an essential part of the team. Please join us in showing our appreciation for Veterinary Receptionists everywhere.

While you may see many of us filling the roll on occasion the primary voices and faces that will greet you are Roni and Sierra. They are kind, compassionate, and genuinely care to make every visit as pleasant as possible for you and your pet(s). We couldn't do it without them.
