When Hope arrived, she was little more than a whisper of golden fur, the smallest soul in a litter of bustling, healthy puppies. Born as a micro-sized Goldendoodle, she was so fragile that she seemed to barely occupy space in the whelping box, a tiny heartbeat that required immediate and constant devotion. From her very first hour, it was clear that her journey would be different from her siblings, as she lacked the strength to compete for her place at her mother’s side.

The decision to hand-feed her was made in those quiet, frantic moments after birth, and it has become the rhythm of her life ever since.
