SKD reserves the right to refuse sale to any person at any time.

Your reptile is guaranteed through the shipping process. FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping within the US, through ShipYourReptiles/Reptiles2you.
Shipping is Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only.

Upon delivery, there is a 4 hour claim period. We must be notified within 4 hours of the delivery time that the reptile has been received. Once your reptile has been claimed within those 4 hours, we relinquish liability for the reptile.

In the event the reptile arrives deceased and picture proof is provided during claim, a full refund of purchase price along with shipping costs will be issued in the same form of tender in which the purchase was made. Alternatively, you may choose to have another reptile of equal value shipped to you as a replacement. If you do not claim your reptile within the 4 hour window, the guarantee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Once claimed, if within a 7 day period of ownership the reptile is no longer wanted, you may ship the reptile back. If returned in good health, a refund for the amount of the reptile’s value (excluding all shipping costs) will be reimbursed in the same form of tender in which the purchase was made. If the reptile being returned arrives deceased, no refund will be issued.

All deposits are non-refundable. If the buyer chooses to back out of a deal, any amount paid that is defined as a “deposit” is considered non-refundable.
Shipment times may vary due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. It is our intent to communicate any said delays or mishaps and accept responsibility. If a reptile is lost due to an unforeseen shipping mishap, we will issue a full refund in the same form of tender the reptile was purchased or we will re-send another reptile of the same value. We are not responsible for having been provided with an incorrect address or for missed delivery attempts due to buyer’s negligence.

We make every effort to provide a healthy and happy reptile. However, we are making no representations or warranties about the temperament or personality of the reptile. We are not responsible for a reptile’s refusal to eat or failure to thrive. We do not guarantee s*x of any reptile under 6 months of age.
Reptiles marked possible male or female are s*xed to the best of our ability, but are not guaranteed as such.
