We had a follower reach out that cares for a feral cat colony asking if anyone has first hand experience with either of these products for flea control? Let’s hear your feedback. This is for a yard in a community with neighboring homes, no children in backyard where this will be used.

Unfortunately we can not take this cat in so I am posting this for a friend
This cat showed up in her yard. He is intact. He is being fed however she cannot bring him inside. If you can help at all please reach out to me. He does have a healing wound under his tail I believe was an abscess. She has desperately tried to find his owner.

*Pawsitivity Strathmore Event Update*

We are in the process of passing raffle items to the winners, distributing all the gently used donations from our tent and tallying the monetary donations. All volunteers, vendors and GSNA - Greater Strathmore Neighborhood Association board members put in their heart and soul into make this a success, but we did not stand a chance against mother nature.
Here is one more way for you to help compensate for the awful weather we had on Saturday. Let's fill that truck, as every nickel counts. Thank you so much in advance.

Join us for a Fun Family Event supporting accessible spay-and-neuter services for our Southwest neighbors. All monetary donations will be placed into a Strathmore Giving Grant to be used in the Strathmore neighborhood to help defer spay and neuter costs.
Due to the nature of this event, bring only well-behaved dogs with leashes not longer than 6’ (retractable leashes will not be permitted).
The event will also collect community donations of gently used beds, collars, leashes, bowls, toys, blankets, towels, and linens — these items will be given to local shelters
