Some new friends are joining us today. They come from a very happy home were they were cared for and loved. The original owner decided they did not want them and left them in the care of another family member (the ones loving and taking care of them) they decided it was a bit to much for them to do on there own and seeked help were we were notified and having the room we decided to bring them on.

It was a long morning Dusty decided to lay down in the corner of his stall were he could not get up after a few hours we were able to get him out of the stall and lifted with help of the mighty mini tractor and family. Right now we could use some healing prayers as we are not sure if we are looking at nerve damage or mini stroke. Prayers his eye will be more normal by morning. Vets will be out later in the week to do a check up unless any drastic changes. Right now weā€™re keeping an eye on him and feeding and watering off the ground as his balance is off.

Faye was able to clear the blockage just before the vet arrived. She will have her booster shots this Friday and hopefully last nights bill wonā€™t be quite as high as it was a quick tube to make sure she was cleared.

When can I catch a break. I guess rescuing there are no breaksā€¦ poor Faye decided her first time in a stall she was going to eat the stall pellets I thought I got them out of her mouth and her grain in the dish so I could change bedding but I did not. Weā€™re now waiting on the vet to come and tube her to remove the feed and pellet that is stuck in her throat. Prayers and any donations tonight would be great. When Dusty did this the bill was a little over $400 so anything helps buy a tumbler shirt anything at this point to help us get the $400 for the bill. Venmo cash app help us while we save this girl šŸ˜­ā€¦.

Let us know in the comment what name speaks to you it was a very slow start as I donā€™t think this lady had grain in a long time as I gave her the smallest amount and I felt she started choking lots of slobber luckily she was able to clear it and we slowly introduced it back with water. Next are teeth and feet to be done. Will be getting a total on teeth for her and the rest of the new guys and planning a day for them to all get done. Teeth are quite pricy so please if we can make anything for you tumblers shirts so on or stop at the Bridgeport fall fest Saturday all proceeds go to everything these guys need. Donations are always appreciated.

Letā€™s play the name game. Today is full of so many emotions as I will be flooding the feed with our dearest Louise until the vets come at 1. On the other hand in about 3-4 hours we will be opening our hearts to this beautiful girl. And for her I can not think of a name so please help us.. ā¤ļø
