Spicy and Umberto’s very first litter is 8 weeks old, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how these two are coming along. ✨

Turbo is full of confidence and absolutely loves life—he carries himself with such natural charm that makes me excited for his future in the ring. Smoke has her mom’s same sweet but tough spirit—she loves to play hard but is also such a little love. 💕

Both are showing so much promise in type, structure, and temperament. Watching their personalities blossom alongside their quality has been such a joy, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two.

🌸 Exciting News from LovelyAcres! 🌸
We’re thrilled to announce that we are expecting a beautiful litter of Papillon puppies in June 2025! 🐾✨

These precious little ones will be lovingly raised in our home with extensive socialization and early training. As with all of our puppies, they will be ready to join their new families no earlier than 12 weeks of age to ensure they are confident, well-adjusted, and developmentally prepared for their next adventure.

We are hopeful this litter will produce both promising show prospects and wonderful companion puppies.

What an incredible week at the Eric Salas Masterclass 2025!

I kicked off the 5-day workshop with my amazing Papillon, Spicy, who took Best in Show at last year’s Masterclass—and came out strong again by winning the first class this year!

Each day, handlers and their dogs compete for points, and the top four go head-to-head in the final Best in Show competition. What makes this event truly special is the incredible talent it brings together from across the U.S.—and even Canada!

After that first win, Eric and I decided it was time for a new challenge. I stepped out of my comfort zone and took on a Tibetan Terrier for the rest of the week—and what a ride it was! New breed, new connection, new experience… and we WON Best in Show again!

Two different dogs. Two Best in Show ribbons. Two years in a row. I’m still riding the high!

So thankful for the growth, the mentorship, and the amazing people (and dogs!) I got to share the ring with. I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Lovelyacres Dangerously Spicy is a New Champion!

We’re so excited to share that Lovelyacres Dangerously Spicy is officially an AKC Champion!
Spicy finished her title on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, at the Papillon Club of Tulsa Specialty, winning Winners B***h and Best of Opposite S*x from the Bred-By Exhibitor class for a 4-point major under the wonderful Judge Dana P. Cline.

Spicy earned both of her majors at specialty shows — her first major came at the Papillon Club of Iowa Specialty under Judge Ms. Grace M. Fritz.
She has been owner-handled by me every step of the way, competing in the Owner-Handled and Bred-By classes. What a journey it’s been!

A huge thank you to all the judges who saw something special in her, and to everyone who has supported and cheered us on along the way!
Congratulations to all the winners from the weekend — it was such a great show!
