We are excited to share that our very own Hollie has officially earned her Certified Veterinary Office Manager (CVOM) designation through the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA)
Hollie has been apart of ASVH since 2008, contributing in various roles. Since 2010, she has excelled as our operations manager, while also handling a range of administrative and operational responsibilities that help keep our hospital running smoothly. Not to leave out that she is an amazing technician and enjoys time assisting with hospitalized patients and surgery.
Achieving the CVOM certification is no small potatoes. The process requires extensive continuing education and a commitment to professional development in key areas such as leadership, daily operations, human resources, communication, law and ethics, marketing, and finance. The certification exam challenges candidates to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skills in veterinary practice management.
Hollie is among the second group to attain this prestigious designation, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey and setting a high standard for excellence in veterinary practice management.
