The ticks are certainly out and about now. This upcoming tick season is predicted to be the worse one yet for our area. Here are the 3 most common ticks we see in Kingsley. What to do if you find a tick on your dog or cat? Using tweezers, pull the tick at the base as close to the skin as you can & give us a call for the next steps for proper tick disease testing & potential treatment.

We recommend once a month flea, tick, and dewormer for cats & dogs all TWELVE months of the year! Yes! All 12! In January 2024 we had 4 days where the daily temp was over 38 degrees! Don’t let your pet fall victim to these deadly diseases.

The ticks are out and about!! We have received dozens of phone calls about ticks being on your dogs & cats! Ticks carry deadly diseases and have no remorse for who they attach to. We recommend a monthly flea, tick, and dewormer all 12 months of the year! Don’t let your pets fall victim to a tick bite. It’s up to you to ensure they get their monthly preventatives!
