❤️ Richie has been...ADOPTED! There are some stories in rescue that change you - and Richie's is one of them.
He came into our care after surviving severe, intentional abuse that left him with catastrophic injuries and an uncertain future. His recovery required emergency surgery to amputate his p***s, intensive medical support, and round the clock care.
Through it all, Richie stayed exactly who he is at his core: gentle, trusting, and full of love.
While he will still require 7 weeks of weekly bandage changes and checkups, today, Richie has found his forever home. A home where he not only has siblings to play with, but an owner who is deeply passionate about animal welfare. They will be bringing Richie to every court hearing scheduled for the monster who abused him.
The world will see Richie as more than a headline.
More than a case number.
He is a survivor and living proof that cruelty has a face and accountability matters.
