Today Jack and Tanner planted around 300 potatoes and around 400 onions. We are praying that things go well this year. The lettuce, beats, peas, spinach, and radishes will hopefully get in the ground the next couple of days.
This will be completely full this year we are planting more of everything. Going to have to invest in more land😁

Update on the garden and how I am doing.

Planting seeds started around a month ago. They are planted in cell trays that hold 128 seeds. When they are around 4" or so they go into trays that hold 72 plants. That is what I am doing now.
The picture with all the lights has mostly 128 cell babies around 1500. So as soon as they are all replanted Into 72 cell trays which I only have 4 done will be more shelves to move in. Most will eventually be moved into bigger cups of some kind since it is a while until planting time.
This weekend the potatoes and onions are getting planted. Maybe some peas and other cold crops.
I'm hoping to try spinach, lettuce, kale, beets, and swiss chard.
Then if things go good we will be starting more tomatoes later to plant a second round. We also buy tomato plants that we have trouble getting seeds for.

I should hopefully be having my hip replacement next month. I still can't walk without a walker although my back seems to be healing well. Jack has been a complete trooper taking care of me and everything else that needs done.

Tomorrow is Halloween I will be handing out Samples of freeze dried Skittles in front of the Bakers Quarter 336 north main for Trick or Treat Street. Can't wait to see everyone.

We will be at the Farmers Market tomorrow October 22 for the last time this year. Come stock up on your pet treats.

We have relocated 5 opossums in the last 2 weeks.
Don't know where they are all coming from.

Well I think the produce season is over for us. Watch for fall items.
Sooo the freeze dryer is running with candies and other new goodies. Spicy is on the menu.
Need a treat for your pets we have them also.
