Diamond M Cattle and Genetics is pleased to offer forty-seven bred heifers for private purchase. All heifers come from the Diamond M purebred and commercial angus cow herd and were vaccinated pre-weaning and at weaning with modified live Pyramid 5 + Presponse and Caliber 7 Blackleg. In addition, they all received their Brucellosis Vaccination (Calfhood) prior to weaning. Approximately sixty days prior to breeding the heifers were vaccinated with modified live Express 5 – VL5 and received a Multimin trace mineral injection. These heifers were artificially inseminated to Select Sires low birthweight bull Compound on March 16, 2026. Twenty-nine of the forty-seven heifers conceived AI and will calve approximately on December 24, 2026. The other eighteen heifers conceived to Diamond M low birthweight bulls purchased from both Birdwell Cattle and Lott Farms. Currently the heifers are weighing an average of approximately 1100lbs.
