Willow Creek Arenas Barrel race is on & arena is about perfect for tonight’s race if anyone was concerned!!!
Come on out… entries open til last horse runs!! Starts with pole bending at 630pm & peewee & combined draw after that.

PLEASE READ ‼️

We’ve received some questions/concerns about being present for the awards after tomorrows race with this being a reschedule date.

If you are unable to be present for awards due to scheduling conflicts, you can delegate another person to accept your award on your behalf.

We will need to be notified prior to the start of tomorrow’s race to honor this. If not notified it will go to the person in line.

If you pre entered for the original Sunday 8/2 race that was cancelled and plan on coming to this Fridays 8/7 race, you will need to resubmit your pre entries.

Reminder that pre entries are open until 8pm tomorrow evening.

If you are competing for a buckle, you must be present to win. We will award buckles at the end of the race.

We will still have normal jackpot payout. Those checks get mailed out the following week.

‼️RESCHEDULE UPDATE‼️

We are canceling Sun Aug 2nd race and rescheduling to Friday Aug 7th. We are limited on options due it being the end of the summer and other scheduled races and unpredictable weather.

‼️Current Average Standings‼️

To qualify for the average and a chance at winning yourself a fancy buckle you need to attend at least two of our three races.

You also need to have two clean runs. If you attend all three races with clean runs, your slowest time of the three runs will be discarded.

To find the average, we add the two best times per horse/rider combo and divide by two.

Buckles will be awarded to the 1st place winner of each division.
The 1st Open will award 4 Buckles: 1D, 2D, 3D, 4D with a 1/2 split.
Youth will award 2 Buckles: 1D & 2D with a 1/2 split
Pole Bending will award 1 Buckle to the fastest average time.

Buckles will be awarded at the end of our final race Aug 7th. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN, or it will go to the next person in line.
