Introducing the EquiVibe:
⭐️What is an Equivibe? — it is a whole body vibrational plate that produces VERTICAL vibration.
⭐️What is vertical vibration? — it is the most naturally occurring vibrational pattern. It mimics the natural vibration that horses experience while moving.
⭐️ What does this mean? — The vertical movement across a stable platform excites the nerves and helps to mobilize joints and strengthen muscles to enhance function without creating stress on the body.
⭐️ What makes an Equivibe different? — in addition to the specific vibrational pattern, the Equivibe is a whole body vibration platform. Meaning that the vibration does not stop at the horses knees, it goes throughout the entire body and works on up to 90% of muscle fibers! This strengthens muscles and helps to develop more muscle tissue.
⭐️ What are the uses/benefits? — performance, rehabilitation, and preventative care.
-Preventative: improves flexibility, calms nerves, keeps muscles active (helps prevent loss of muscle mass), helps prevent loss of bone density, helps improve hoof quality, helps improve joint health.
-Rehabilitation: Assists the body’s natural healing process by improving circulation (blood flow and lymphatic), which also aids in flushing the toxins/metabolic waste from cells and restoring oxygen.
-Performance: Can be used to warm up/cool down the horse before/after exercise. Increased blood flow and muscle mass for faster recovery. Prevention of soft tissue injuries.
Results are independent to each horse and will vary depending on frequency of sessions, the horses specific circumstances, and other factors.
