I have travelled all the way from Canada to get the best blessings of my life time. 🙏 Stepping foot into this sanctuary is an experience that I wish everyone could have. When you see the dogs and the dedication of the staff your heart will feel so warm. I wanted to share my first hand experiences so people can see what you get when you take your own personal time and time and volunteer here. 💔 Meet Lola — Her Two Back Legs Are Broken, and She’s Fighting to Survive. 🐾

Lola met with a terrible accident that left both her hind legs broken. We don’t know how many days she spent on the streets, suffering in unimaginable pain, before her case was reported to us. ❤️‍🩹

Although our admissions are completely closed and we have absolutely no space left, we couldn’t ignore her condition.

Initially, we thought of sending our vet to assess her and see if treatment could be managed on-site. But when we saw Lola’s condition, we knew she wouldn’t survive much longer on the streets without proper care. So, despite being beyond our capacity, we asked the reporter to bring her to our shelter. Shortly afterwards, Lola was finally brought to us. 🙏

💔 Her condition is heartbreaking. Both her hind legs are severely damaged, with the tissue badly deteriorated. Unfortunately, the damage may make orthopaedic surgery impossible. Right now, Lola is also far too weak to undergo surgery. We don’t even know how long she has gone without food or how many days she has been suffering like this.

For now, we have started wound dressings and treatment, hoping that we can save at least one of her legs. Our priority is to stabilise her condition, manage her pain, and give her the comfort and care she desperately needs.

Lola is traumatised and in shock after everything she has endured. We are doing our best to make her feel safe, loved, and comfortable. ❤️

🙏 Guys, please be mindful of the animals around you. Drive slowly, stay alert, and remember that one careless moment on the road can change an innocent life forever.

Who remembers Rumi? (See the last slide to see his before pictures)

FROM ABANDONED TO ADORED. FROM PAIN TO FOREVER HOME ❤️

Abandoned in a field, left to die, this little Shih Tzu had every reason to give up on life. His tiny body was fighting a battle no innocent soul should ever have to endure. His eye was severely infected, with a devastating maggot wound, and he desperately needed someone to care.
And then, six to seven months ago, his story took a different turn.
We rescued him, brought him into our care, and began the journey of healing. Slowly, with medical treatment, patience, and lots of love, this little boy began to recover. The dog who was once abandoned and suffering was finally given a chance to live the life he always deserved.
And today, we have the most beautiful news to share. 🥹❤️

HE HAS BEEN ADOPTED! 🏡🐾

Our little warrior has found his forever home with an incredibly loving family in New Delhi, where he will be cherished, pampered, and loved for the rest of his life. He will never have to wonder where his next meal will come from, never have to suffer alone, and never have to feel unwanted again.
From a lonely field to a warm, loving home. From a painful past to a future filled with happiness, This is what second chances look like. ❤️

💔 Meet Glenn — A Senior Boy Who Deserves Comfort, Not Pain. 🐾

Glenn is a senior dog who had been spending his life on the streets. Sadly, someone ran over or badly crushed his leg, leaving it severely wounded and open, with maggots developing in the wound. ❤️‍🩹

Although Glenn had caretakers who were trying their best to help him, cleaning his wound and removing the maggots, his condition was too serious to be managed on the streets. He needed proper care and a safe place to recover, so his caretakers brought him to our shelter.

🙏 We are now providing Glenn with continuous wound dressings and treatment. Our biggest hope is to heal his leg without having to amputate it. We will do everything we can to give him that chance.

Glenn is a senior boy who has already been through so much. His golden years should be filled with comfort, care, and love—not pain and suffering.

💔 Meet Zoey — A Little Soul Fighting Through Unimaginable Pain. 🐾

Just imagine having such a deep wound on your face, with no home to return to, no one to comfort you, and nowhere to go for help. Imagine being left on the streets, suffering in silence and waiting for someone to notice your pain. 💔

Zoey was spotted by a kind passerby who noticed the deep wound on her face and realised that she urgently needed medical attention. Her wound was infested with maggots, making her condition even more painful and serious. ❤️‍🩹

Seeing her condition, we knew we couldn’t leave her to suffer on the streets. We rescued Zoey and immediately began her treatment. Our team carefully cleaned the wound, removed all the maggots, and performed the necessary dressing. If she hadn’t been rescued in time, her wound could have worsened, causing her even more pain and suffering.

Despite handling so many rescues every day and often going beyond our capacity, we continue to do everything we can for these voiceless souls—with your support. 🙏❤️

🐾 Zoey’s treatment has begun, but her recovery will take several weeks. She needs continued medical care, medicines, nutritious food, and lots of love.

💔 Meet Veera — A Senior Girl Who Deserves Comfort, Not Pain. 🐾

Veera was brought to our shelter by a reporter who found her suffering from a deep, severe wound on her back, possibly caused by a dog bite or another injury. Her wound was too serious to heal on the streets, and she urgently needed proper medical care. ❤️‍🩹
We’re truly grateful to the reporter for bringing her directly to our shelter and giving her a chance to heal. 🙏

Veera is a senior dog, and it breaks our heart to see her go through so much pain at this age. She will need several weeks of treatment, daily wound dressings, medicines, and a nutritious diet.

Yet, look at her wagging tail even during treatment! 🥹❤️ She’s such a sweetheart 🐾

💔 Meet Melon — A Terrible Accident, Severe Blood Loss, and a Fight to Survive. 🐾

Melon’s case came to our helpline after a reporter contacted us about a dog who was bleeding severely from his face. The reporter was standing right beside him, waiting for help to arrive.

When we saw Melon’s condition, we knew he needed emergency medical attention. We couldn’t bear to see him suffering like that, so we acted quickly and rescued him as soon as possible. ❤️‍🩹

According to the reporter, Melon had met with a severe accident. He had lost a significant amount of blood, and every moment was crucial. We knew that getting him timely treatment could make a difference in his fight for survival.

🙏 A heartfelt thank you to the reporter who stayed beside Melon and patiently waited until our team arrived and completed the rescue. Your compassion and presence mattered so much.

Guys, we say this time and again: many road accidents involving animals can be prevented if we, as humans, drive a little more carefully. These innocent lives are precious, too. A little patience and caution on the road could save them from unimaginable pain and suffering. 💔

Melon’s treatment has now begun, but he still needs our support. His significant blood loss and injuries require continued medical care, medicines, and proper nutrition.
