Let's talk puppies!

It's important to acclimate puppies to grooming at an early age, ideally as soon as their second round of puppy vaccinations is completed, around 10-12 weeks. Early introduction to the sights and sounds of the grooming process can greatly reduce future grooming-related stress. It's a win-win!

Miss Maggie had her first appointment today. Her owners are long-time clients who lost their beloved dog Millie earlier this year, making today extra special 🥹

We’re on the look out for a kennel attendant —— bonus points if you’re also available Friday mornings to assist with bathing and drying grooming dogs!

🐾Job requirements 🐾

• previous experience working with dogs is preferred
• MUST know how handle dogs safely and compassionately as well as recognize changes in behavior
• ability to work independently
• excellent communication skills
• manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• some heavy lifting

Construction has begun on our new addition!

Soon we will have a separate bathing room with better accommodations for larger breeds as well as dogs with limited mobility.
