And, then there were none. 🥹. It’s always tough when it gets quiet (Well, that’s always relative with Davis around. 😁), and all the puppies are gone. For me, there is real joy and responsibility in trying to provide a special pup to a family, and a special family for the pup. Nola (Mary Ann) had the tough start of the broken leg and cast, and then an umbilical hernia that popped out while the cast was on - which was repaired last week. She has not missed a beat in her recovery, and is a confident, healthy, outgoing pup. I am so thankful that the very day I put them on Facebook as available, Parker Spees contacted me to tell me they were ready for another pup. Their Ruby came from Reagan & Annie’s Golden Girls litter in 2017. Cancer took her from them way too early in 2025. For a pup that has spent much of her early life healing, how appropriate that she is going to help the Spees family heal from the loss of their sweet Ruby. They will absolutely spoil Reagan & Annie’s great-granddaughter rotten as they did their daughter, and she is going to bring so much joy to their home.
