Going thru an old dresser and found a few gems dating back a few years when CH Four Rivers Crusader qualified and was invited to the 2016 Shooting Dog Invitational Championship. This trial was a blast to attend and so very well organized. Rhett Kermicle and I rode to the trial together as he had a tremendous influence on Crusader’s development prior to being under the whistle of Shawn Kinkelaar. Also in the dresser was a ribbon from Bill Holtan’s trial Dakota Saskatchewan Shooting Dog Championship in Crusaders derby season. The book was one of many gifts handed to the owners of the participants.
