We have a member of the Board moving and are in need of those who want to be involved with the Club. There may be very few and far between posts after this week. Sooooo .... Dont forget the first meeting for the year is Tuesday night at the Arena. Any questions you can call 918-244-4887. The club is really needing help if there are those of you out there who could get involved. If we don't get people we cant have any events. The interest this and next month is going to make or break the events planned for the year. We need members and board members. Get involved if you can !! Thanks ...

Buck talking about trailer loading and learning to recognize if our horses are halter broke or not.

"These are the basics of halter breaking and any horse that can't do this comfortably isn't halter broke.
Make sure your horse isn't *JUST* wearing the halter.
There's a big difference between the two and it's DANGEROUS not to know it.
In the beginning, as you lead the horse forward, back him up and ask him to yield his hindquarters and forehand away from you; it's a simple question of 'whose space is whose' and 'who's going to lead this dance'." Buck Brannaman.
