We are now taking reservations for our 2026 Winter Training trip to Texas. Tentative dates are February 24 - April 24, 2026. We make this trip each year so that we can access water training much earlier in the year. Colorado weather keeps us from water training usually until late April. This trip gives our gundogs access to water training and gives our competition dogs a much earlier start to full training.

We charge a one-time deposit fee of $650. This fee covers our added costs of travel to and from Texas, lodging, training grounds, birds and vehicle prep.

We currently have 4 spots available. Due date for reservation fee is December 15th or when all spots have been filled. If interested give Jeff a call or text at 970-231-6810.

A huge shout out to Julie Jordan and Stormy-Intrepid's Beautiful Storm MH50 MNH on completing 50 AKC Master Hunter passes. These two have become quite the team. I want to take a minute and say Thank You to all the people who have thrown Birds and bumpers, planted Blinds and spent time running Stormy in Training. It is truly a group effort. Another great test of our training group Dogs and handlers. Julie Jordan and Stormy passed Master. Michael Slaten and Rey passed Master and got Master Title for Rey! Michael also ran Ash and passed Junior. Jeanne Von Barby and Easy got a Master pass, Bruce Evashevsky and Bang got a Master pass, Nancy Ego and Scotch got a Master pass. Cody Moore and Gunny passed Master. Winston Shero ran Rezzi to a Senior pass. Josiah Habighorst and Turk got a Junior pass and Junior Title. Congrats to a great group of hard working people and talented dogs.
