When your mom and dad plant a lot of trees in your backyard and now your pet sitter can't see where you are! 🤣🤣🤣 This was a comedy routine because I told Lucy "go find your brother" and then she went out there to find him, then he came back and I couldn't find her. 🤣

🙏 Today is the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝗸 and his birthday. A Christian, husband, father, and patriot who boldly stood for freedom, biblical conservative values, and a desire for all people to come to faith in Jesus.

Charlie never feared opposing views—he welcomed them. At campus debates, he invited challengers to the front, listened respectfully, and often quieted the crowd so others could speak. 🎤

As a brother in Christ, I loved watching him (and still do regularly -- then remember he's no longer with us 😢). His recall of Scripture, American history, and calm responses—even to hostility—always amazed me. I miss him deeply. It’s a huge loss, one felt by millions. 💔

Despite what critics say, Charlie never spoke hate. He wasn’t racist or bigoted—he loved people and spoke truth. Like he said, “Just because you’re offended doesn’t mean you’re right.” He wasn’t perfect, but he made a massive impact in his short life. 🙏

Charlie ran the race God gave him. In a split second, evil took his life, but his soul entered God’s presence hearing, ✨ “Well done, good and faithful servant.” (Matt. 25:23)

He was killed for speaking truth. Like Charlie, I stand on the Word of God and believe in all the things Charlie did.

Being bold for Christ is not always easy but we must remember, "Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell." Matt 10:28

The devil failed—Charlie became a martyr.

You can kill the messenger, but not the message. On September 10, 2025, millions of “Charlies” rose up to continue the mission. 🙌

There’s an awakening happening! Churches are full, people are buying Bibles, and hearts are turning to Jesus! It’s incredible! ✝️🔥

Well, well, well. Instead of getting out the feather wand, I decided to sit quietly and see what the result would be. Phineaus & Gatsby were the first to make themselves at home on my lap. Then along came Atticus, Presley, and Marsalis which I got no pics of because they were all on me at the same time! Haha! So friggin' sweet! 😻

After a summer of 6 weeks of overnights plus drop-ins, tonight is the last overnight. 🥳 It's been a great summer taking care of all of the sweet babies!!! I look forward to hanging out with them during the holidays while their parents get to relax and enjoy the time with family and friends! 🎄🦃 Thanksgiving is pretty well booked but there are openings for Christmas so book now!
