The Keokuk Animal Services facility is located at 249 Carbide Lane, Keokuk, Iowa 52632 and is open to the public Monday through Friday from 1:00 P.M. Keokuk’s Animal Control Officer, is available from 8:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Our phone number is 319-526-5421. In case of emergency, the Animal Control Officer can be reached by calling 319-524-2741, that will connect you to the dispatch center. Once you are connected, press option #1.

We are looking for a foster or permanent home for these 2 dogs.They are strongly bonded and must stay together. The black and white dog is OZ a 1O year old male and JADE is a 13 year old female. They are very sweet and friendly. Both are house trained. We will not be charging an adoption fee and will provide some food. If you are interested in taking them please contact us at 319-526-5421.

Handsome JETHRO is a 4 year old male Chocolate Lab mix. This guy is a sweetheart that craves affection and will follow you everywhere you go. He is house trained and walks well on a leash. Other dogs are unknown at this time but we would do a meet and greet with any other dogs in home. If you would like to meet JETHRO our hours are from 1-5 on Monday- Friday.
