Kudos to the pet parents who brought their cats and dogs to our free Pet Supply & ID Event in downtown Seattle today.
Some pets were a bit nervous, some had a ball, others slept through most of it - we were happy to greet each and every one of them and meet their needs as best we could to help them thrive. 😻🐶
We are there again August 27, along with the amazing folks at Doney Coe Pet Clinic who provide expert veterinary care for free❣️
This was all made pawsible thanks to the generous support of our volunteers and donors as well as our supply partners - All The Best Pet Care, Bella's Voice, Canine Behavior Center, Inc, Darwin's Natural Pet Products, DML Insurance Services, Inc., Everyone Needs A Home, Martha Faulkner Broker, RSVP Real Estate, Metro Dog Seattle, Northeast Veterinary Hospital, Pasado's Safe Haven, Pet Central
All these animals have a story to tell and, thankfully, part of it includes landing safely in the hands of someone with a big heart. 💓
But their journey isn’t over, and today we’re delivering over 400 pounds of pet food, toys and other supplies to rescuers in Yakima County, WA, to help these animals thrive. 🐕🐈⬛
A big thanks to all the animal rescuers out there, thank you for stepping forward when they need you. We appreciate you!
And thank you to our community for donating supplies via our Amazon Wishlist and all of our collection supply partners for helping us fill supply needs: Bella's Voice, Homeward Pet Adoption Center, Metro Dog Seattle, Northeast Veterinary Hospital, Pet Central and Ridwell, who is running a pet food and clothing collection for us that kicks off today with their Seattle clients! 😻💓🐶
Love was loud, proud, and on display at our free microchip and pet supply event, held in partnership with Doney Coe Pet Clinic, in downtown Seattle today.
We’re grateful to have met and served so many pet parents who are doing their best to help their pets thrive.
Thanks to all our volunteers, supporters and partners who shared the love and made this event a success: Canine Behavior Center, Inc., Darwin's Natural Pet Products, DML Insurance Services, Inc., Everyone Needs A Home, Martha Faulkner Broker, RSVP Real Estate, Metro Dog Seattle, Pet Central
Happy tail alert! We are celebrating Harriet, now Greta, our 500th adoption! She has a new name and a new lease on life.
We delivered her a beautiful cake from Seattle Barkery along with goodies from them and Pet Central, to help the new family celebrate. She can’t see and doesn’t hear much but she found the cake right away!
We also gifted Greta a soft bed, a ramp, treats and a blanket to help her settle in. We all couldn't be happier with this match. Greta can now officially retire and nap to her heart's content. 🐶🎉
Thanks to Wags to Riches Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc for giving her a second chance, to her new family for extending their hearts and home to a senior pet, and to our community and partners for supporting our efforts to help people and their pets thrive, together. 💓💓💓
We celebrate Harriet, a sweet 10-year-old homeless poodle mix as our 500th pet in our campaign! Hooray! Although she’s blind with a heart murmur, she has a zest for life. She was brought in by Yakima Humane Society as a stray, and then transferred Wags to Riches Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc , where she’s currently receiving much-needed TLC.
Despite being blind, Harriet can navigate new environments quickly. She’s a calm and loving dog who gets along with cats, dogs and loves children! She would make a wonderful companion, sadly though, she’s taking a bit longer to be adopted than she would if she were a young pup; older pets are often passed over for younger dogs, which Harriet knows all too well. She’s been waiting six months to be adopted, and hopefully, she’ll find her furrever home soon.
Whoever adopts her will receive a gift basket and a gift certificate from The Seattle Barkery, and a gift certificate from Pet Central in Kent.

We had another wonderful day today at our free Pet Supply Clinic! Panda, Lilly, Lucy and Sassy were a few of the 60 dogs and cats we served at our pet supply clinic in south Seattle today. They got to browse our toy bins and bring home some other donated pet items such as warm clothing, rain jackets, kibbles, leashes, harnesses, treats and toys - all thanks to the generosity of our community.
We were also able to provide 28 pet ID tags for our low income and homeless community pets, a service that’s much needed to help and promote pet retention. Since launching it, it has been a very successful program.
We want to give a huge a-paw-lause to the following organizations and businesses for donating items to our pet supply efforts, plus all the caring community members who donated items and made monetary donations; together, we are helping people and pets live their best lives!

Plus a huge a-paw-lause to our stellar volunteers! And most importantly, thanks to the pet parents who are doing their very best to help their pets thrive.
What a fantastic day! We were at Pet Central in Kent meeting all the furry cats and dogs with their owners, passing out fliers about Pawsitive Alliance's various programs such as adoption, spay & neuter, and pet retention including, of course, our campaign. We were able to let them know firsthand our non-profit organization's various programs, and how we help hard-to-adopt cats and dogs all over Washington to find their furever homes.
We sold many Happy Home packs, which were organized by Pet Central. The clients were happy to donate by purchasing the Happy Home packs for us. Thank you so much Pet Central for your kind contribution!

Another GREAT day at the Pet Supply Clinic! It started rather windy in the morning, and our tent almost blew away, but luckily, we managed to wrestle it down. Once we got everything set up, the day was brighter, and our clients started trickling in. Our furry friends like Spike and Blue, two pit-bulls, dropped by to try out some nifty-looking blue jackets to keep them warm for the winter. Our other friends, Kanda, Luna, Lomie and Honey with their owners were able to dig into our bins of collars, leashes, harnesses, toys, food, bed and treats to take home and enjoy. We started with quite a lot of pet supplies, and by the end of the day, almost all were gone!
We also gave out "Happy Home Packs" donated by Pet Central in Kent to all our happy customers, who were so delighted to get them.
All this is thanks to you, our generous donors, whom we could not do without. And a big thank you to our volunteers, who braved the wind and rain with us together to hand out all the donations! Thank you to the wonderful folks at Doney Coe Pet Clinic who provided expert vet care to these pets in need.

What a day! It rained today during our pet supply clinic, but despite the pouring rain, we came, we unloaded our donated items, put up the tent, and served our paw-some clients.
Our furry friends like Mitzi, Babe and Rider showed up, along with their owners who were able to then choose what they needed for their beloved pets.
Thanks to everyone who helped today, donated, and visited us as well as the great folks at Doney Coe Pet Clinic who provided expert vet care to these pets in need. 😻🐾
