ADOPTED TOGETHER !!!

There have been a lot of pairs lately! You all are helping them find adopters through your shares. We hope you'll make your magic continue today by sharing another bonded pair! 🐾💕🐾

Tootsie Roll and Bilbo Baggins are two senior friends in search of an adoptive home they can land in. This bonded pair recently lost their human and now they will lose their home once that home is sold. The hope is that Tootsie and Bilbo will find a home soon!

Bilbo Baggins is an 11 year old, 18 pound male Havapoo (a havanese/poodle mix). He is chocolate brown.Tootsie Roll is 12 years old. She is a a 10.6 pound Havanese. Both dogs were purchased as puppies. We are told the pair is good with other dogs except large dogs. Bilbo does not appreciate big dogs! Neither have been exposed to cats. While they've both been good with children, we'd want a home for them where the kids have been taught to be gentle and kind.

While Bilbo is the younger dog of the pair, he is the one who exhibits some arthritis. Currently he does not receive anything for his joints. This is something that could be done for him and that could help his comfort. At this time, both dogs can manage stairs. Tootsie and Bilbo can manage quite a few hours between potty breaks. Regular grooming, good quality dog food and regular veterinary care.

These sweethearts do not ask for much! Bilbo Baggins enjoys light play. Bilbo loves playing with his toys and even knows how to play tag- how CUTE!. Tootsie Roll is described as a couch potato. Her extent of exercise is the dance she does on her two back legs when she wants a treat. It sounds as though the pair has not gone on regular walks, though we are told they do well on leash. Wouldn't it be nice if they got to enjoy leisurely walks and time to take in new sights and smells?

Tootsie Roll and Bilbo Baggins sleep in their dog beds at night. During the day, they hang out inside their house or spend time outdoors in a fenced yard when the weather is nice. It sounds as though neither dog barks much. Both love belly rubs and time spent together and with their person.These lifelong friends sound like such a nice pair of seniors! Bilbo Baggins and Tootsie Roll are ready to start the next chapter of their new lives with their new family.

I took this from a friend but these words ring true in my heart!!!
🇺🇸 As I look through posts of celebration, sadness, anger, positivity, negativity and yes a lot of hate out there I see a monster growing! A monster inside many which makes me sad! Regardless of the outcome of our election I have my own thoughts that I would like to share. It doesn’t matter to me how you voted as I love and respect YOU and everyone has their own reasons. Remember this…. WE are AMERICA! Our government doesn’t define what our hearts and souls are or how we treat, love and respect others! Stay strong for yourself and spread love, compassion, a hand, kind words, encouragement and lift people up no matter how they choose to live their lives. We are ALL equal! Don’t let a decision out of our own control to blacken your heart, consume your thoughts, bring out the hate and anger! We are ALL better than that. I know my friends list and I know why I have you all as my friends. Everyone on my friends list doesn’t think, doesn’t do and doesn’t see the same things I do and that’s ok as we are individuals! But I love every one of you and want the best for you! I pray for all of you and encourage you to be better than yesterday, live your best life, spread love, kind words, encouragement, and be better! Not for me but for yourself! LOVE and respect our Country because WE ARE THE PEOPLE!! WE dictate how the world goes around! Don’t let the Government take that control over your life!! Make YOUR AMERICA GREAT! No one else can do it but you! Live each and every day to the fullest! I know tbe people who are no longer here who wished they were would live their life completely different than any of us because they would cherish every moment, every thought, every body! 10 year old Faith is a tender-hearted lady who is dreaming of her forever family. She is a 13 pound chiweenie (chihuahua-dachshund mix). Her favorite thing to do is nap on the couch under a pile of blankets. Faith would be a wonderful addition to a home that has a calm and quiet environment. She will also be happiest in a home where her people are not gone for a long work day. Faith is a mellow girl who enjoys walks around her neighborhood and, since she should lose a couple of pounds, that is a good thing. This sweetheart is a bit of a homebody and she is always happy to return back to the house after her outings.

Faith has lived with other dogs and is very friendly with other dogs that she has met along the way. Her history with cats is unknown but she is very respectful so it is believed she would be fine with them. Because of the quick and unpredictable nature of young children her rescuers are asking for a home without children under 12 years of age.

Faith's foster family has taught her proper potty manners. Any adopter should be prepared to continue with this during Faith's adjustment into her new home.

He is so unique looking! Obie is a cross post for our friends at Save-A-Mutt.

Obie is a sweet boy with an amazing smile and he is ready to be someone’s cherished friend. This 9 year old young senior weighs 84 pounds. Obie is gentle and affectionate and he is a friend to everyone he meets. Obie is a champion lounger and enjoys a soft, cozy bed right next to his people. He would love a family that is willing to include him in their family adventures. This boy is ready to go!

Obie has decided that, although he is a gentleman when meeting other dogs while on walks, he does not want to share his home with them. Obie has displayed some prey drive, therefore, his rescuers are asking for a home without cats. Because of Obie's size and happy nature he could knock over small children therefore he needs a home without children under 10 years of age.
