3 domestic rabbits have been seen for the last few days off Washington St & 14th Ave in Kennewick! Does anyone know if there is a domestic/feral rabbit population in this area? Or is someone missing their rabbits? They are fending for themselves, but unfortunately have become a nuisance to the neighbors in the area.

We don't have capacity to trap or assist, but if anyone can help, please let us know! Photo of 1 of the 3.

Tiny Tim has been found as of 2:21pm 5/27/2026! He was very dirty so likely fully buried somewhere.

A good reminder that tortoises are determined and quite good at climbing & bulldozing. Please make sure they are supervised if you want to save your blood pressure!

He may be hiding under bushes, along fences/walls, under decks, sheds, vehicles, wood piles, etc. Neighbors in the area please check your gardens and other possible hiding spots. Russian Tortoises like shady spots and the best time to search is early morning/evening when it’s cooler.

Tim has some damage to his shell as pictured below that requires daily treatment.

Meet Sweet Pea & Sugar Bell! These two adorable girls are searching for a forever home together! They are a perfect pair!

Sweet Pea, the white piggy, is the more shy of the two. She can be a little reserved at first, but with patience, love, and plenty of snacks, she’s learning that people can be pretty wonderful. Sugar Bell is more calm and docile. Both girls can be a bit timid at first in new environments, but with patience, gentle handling, and regular lap time, they continue to grow more comfortable and trusting with their people.

Together, these girls enjoy cozy hideouts, fresh veggies, and chatting away at snack time. They’re looking for a family who will spoil them with proper guinea pig care, lots of hay, and all the love they deserve.
