My dearest friends,

Eddie Spaghetti - Honorary K9 officer - Mikey's Chance Rescue Dog FUREVER Foster Momma Kristi Kesler here.

It is with a shattered heart and tears in my eyes that I write to tell you that the goodest of the good boys, the bestest of the bully ambassadors and the most beautiful velvet land hippo ended his watch on Sunday, July 30th, 2023.

My sincerest apologies in waiting to share this, but honestly I am still in disbelief and as most of you probably are as you read this, not quite sure if it's really true.

I want to tell you all so many things and hopefully I can start picking up the pieces and sharing things with you in the coming weeks, but for now, here is what I hope you will find some comfort in as we all work together in our grief:

Eddie was given 6 months to a year to live when Mikey's Chance Canine Rescue said yes to taking care of his needs starting Dec 2nd 2019. Everyone who touched Eddie's life no matter how great (or what YOU might procieve as)small, 100% contributed to him living his very best life for almost 4 years with us, and for that I know Eddie would want to give you all slobbery smooches to let you know how much he appreciated every moment he spent with EVERYONE who loved him and the pure joy he had on every adventure he got to mark off his bucket list because of his amazing tribe💜🐾💜

Eddie passed quietly in his sleep here at home in his favorite spot. He had just seen (the 2nd love of his life after me of course,) Dr. Meyer at Vista Veterinary Hospital the previous Monday, and his eye with the tumor behind it had improved so much it was reacting to light!

I have so much gratitude and love for all of you and everyone I mentioned in this post, I am going to take the weekend to regroup, so I won't be on here for a couple days, but know I am trying to put a few things together to help us all process our loss of our beloved Eddie. I will do my best to share more by Tuesday next week.

Maggie May got her picture taken today! She's a sweet Lil girl who was throw out of a car when she was just a tiny pup. She was rescued and is living her best life! You can follow her adventures on the gram at maggiemaykotch2021

SANTA IS COMING! Pictures with Santa are first come, first served! They are $10, and half will be donated to Mikey's Chance Canine Rescue! Santa photos are CASH ONLY please, so we can offer the largest donation possible to MCCR, by avoiding card processing fees!

Cookies will be decorated!! (I highly recommend signing up in advance for this!) Gluten free cookies are available upon request, baked by Tina's Tasty Treats. Regular cookies and frosting are provided by me! Kits are $10 and include 3 cookies, your choice of 3 frosting colors, and your choice of 3 sprinkles options. GF is an additional $3.
alley will be joining us for a special lunch service next Sunday! If you've ever popped in early in the day and hoped for his food, you were probably met with, "He offers dinner service! Be sure to come back between 6 and 9!" But we get a special treat with him being open during our market. 😍

The Winter Cure by will be set up with the most lovely simmer kits available. You can buy just the kit, or choose from any of her lovely and one-of-a-kind gift sets!

will be there with her beautiful artwork and gemstones!

(Rocken K) will have her incredibly luscious soaps and lotions, plus so much more! Absolutely AMAZING stocking stuffers!

will be sharing her talent with us all! She makes the most LOVELY macrame creations and they are so incredibly giftable!
pickles is bringing their incredible fermented goodness! Literally some of my favorite stuff and it makes incredible gifts.

will have a wonderful assortment of gluten free goodies set up for you to choose from!! So delicious!
