Inspire Pet Rescue

Inspire Pet Rescue Inspire Rescue is a non-profit organization with 3 basic missions:
Rescue local homeless and abandoned dogs and cats. We rely on donations from the community.

Provide fantastic pets to deserving families. Educate our community on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter and positive training techniques to ultimately reduce the number of animals killed in local shelters. Most of the animals we rescue are in danger of being killed in local animal shelters. We place them in loving foster homes, provide veterinary care including va

ccinations and sterilization, and hold weekly adoption events to find them forever homes. By working with committed foster families, volunteers, veterinarians, and trainers, we rescue as many animals as possible.

Courtesy post: Clover, a 2 year old Boxer mix needs a new home through no fault of her own. I have not met her but I may be in love with her based on her videos and description. She is fully vetted, well-socialized, crate trained, clicker trained, trained to run alongside a bike, and good with cats and other dogs. For some reason, FB isn’t letting me share videos in this post so they will be in the comments. https://bossypawsrescue.org/

I don’t think I have thought about this post in the last decade. I can rescue only occasionally now because I have to work a job where I actually get paid. I sure do miss it, tho.

The last Tuesday in February is recognized as World Spay Day, a day to bring awareness to the importance of spaying and neutering pets. The crisis of pet overpopulation is impossible to ignore, and spaying and neutering is the humane way to stop this vicious cycle. We are excited to announce yet another affordable spay and neuter clinic for cats, happening Saturday, April 12th at the Furkids Headquarters.

Paid reservations are required for this event and space will be limited. There is a $30 fee which includes the spay or neuter procedure, FVRCP and rabies vaccine. Please visit https://furkids.org/tickets/spay-neuter-clinic-april-12 to learn more about this clinic and reserve your spot.

Cats must be brought to this clinic in a secured carrier. Kittens must be above 8 weeks of age and must be socialized. This clinic is available to owned cats and kittens only, we will not accept feral or stray cats at this clinic. Strict limit of two cats per person, if you book more than two, they will not be serviced and refunds will not be provided.

This event is made possible by the generosity of Barkha and Sanjoy Malik, who are sponsoring this clinic. Thank you for supporting Furkids' mission to end pet overpopulation and save at-risk animals!
