WANTED: Fish Nerds & Plant People! 🐠 🪸 🪴
**One person. Three obsessions. Possibly too many tanks at home.**

We’re hiring! Yes, really.

Do you know your way around saltwater tanks, freshwater aquariums, AND houseplants? Have you ever gone shopping for groceries and come home with a coral, six tetras, and another pothos?

We should probably talk.

**We’re hoping to find one person who knows all three worlds.** But if you’re especially strong in one or two, apply anyway! We’re open to hiring two people whose skills complement each other. Sometimes the dream team comes in a two-pack.

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF:
- You know cycling a tank doesn’t involve a bicycle.
- You understand that “easy coral” still requires more care than a plastic pirate ship.
- You can help someone with a freshwater tank without immediately suggesting they buy a reef.
- You know “bright, indirect light” is a care requirement, not a plant’s dating preference.
- You can explain what went wrong without making a customer feel like they’re on trial for crimes against pothos.

THE ACTUAL JOB:
- Care for saltwater fish, corals, freshwater fish, aquatic plants, and houseplants.
- Test water, maintain tanks, check equipment, and investigate suspicious algae situations.
- Water, prune, repot, and figure out whether that plant needs a drink or an intervention.
- Help customers choose livestock, plants, and supplies that work for their setups.
- Clean, stock, organize, and handle the everyday shop duties. The algae has declined our requests to clean itself.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- **Hands-on experience.** Tell us what you’ve kept, grown, maintained, and successfully brought back from the brink.
- A willingness to keep learning. Nobody knows everything, including the person in the comments.
- Patience with customers, attention to detail, and genuine care for living things.
- Reliability. The fish cannot open the shop, and frankly, we don’t trust the shrimp with the keys.

Personal hobby experience counts—tell us about it! Retail or professional experience is welcome too.

HOW TO APPLY:
Email **[email protected]** with:

- A quick introduction.
- Your experience with **saltwater, freshwater, and houseplants**—let us know your strengths and where you’re still learning.
- Your availability and whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work.
- Your favorite fish, coral, or houseplant. Yes, you can pick more than one. We understand commitment is hard when there are this many options.

Come work somewhere that understands “I just need one more tank” is how it always starts.

**Wet hands. Dirty pots. Good people. Apply today.**

We asked people at AquaShella a very simple question…

🐟 How much money do you TELL your wife you spend on fish? 😂

Turns out there’s the actual price… and then there’s the price your significant other hears. 👀🤣

Be honest — what percentage of your REAL aquarium spending does your significant other know about? 👇😂

PicKFish Pets — where you don’t have to lie to your wife about the price of fish… (most of the time). 😏🐟
