and present Tater Tot!! Tater Tot is still looking for his forever home 🐾

He’s got a few little quirks and can be a bit unsure with new people at first, so he needs someone willing to go slow and let him warm up at his own pace.

He’s not the type to want strangers immediately in his
face — but once he knows you, he becomes one of the most loyal dogs you could ask for.

Tater Tot is fully potty trained and has also been trained in all general obedience commands. He knows how to sit, stay, come, and even automatically waits patiently at doors until he’s released. He’s a smart boy that thrives with structure and consistency.

We also believe Tater Tot would do best in a home where he can be the only dog, allowing him to fully relax and bond closely with his person.

He has a huge heart and is just looking for the right person willing to understand him and give him the chance he deserves ❤️

We absolutely love this ! His parents drove 2hrs up from Ellictoville to bring him to - they had been driving 5+ hours to a boarding facility near Toronto that was similar to ours that allows dogs a more laid back and natural setting! Until they found us that is!! Bruce was nervous at first but became comfortable with us very quickly! I truly cant get over how regal he looked in photos.

Tater Tot is still looking for his forever home—and he’s a really good one.

He’s got a calm, affectionate personality and a soft, thoughtful way about him. He’s not over the top—just a solid, easy dog to have around. The only thing to know is he doesn’t love strangers getting right in his face right away. Give him a little space at first, let him come to you, and he settles in quickly.

Once he knows you, he’s all in. Loyal, relaxed, and always close by—he’s the kind of dog that just wants to be with his person.

Big news… Tater Tot is getting close to being ready for adoption or foster, and we couldn’t be more excited for him to find the right home.

Tater Tot is an incredibly loving dog with his people. Once he knows you and builds that trust, he’s the kind of dog that just wants to be by your side—loyal, affectionate, and a great companion for a family who understands him.

That said, he does need the right environment to truly thrive. New situations can be a bit overwhelming for him, so he’ll do best with a family that can provide structure, patience, and consistency as he continues to build confidence.

Tater Tot would also do best as the only dog in the home, where he can have all the attention and not feel the pressure of sharing his space.

This boy has come a long way, and with the right match, he’s going to make an amazing addition to someone’s life.
If you’re looking for a loyal companion and are willing to give him the time he needs to settle in and trust, Tater Tot might just be your perfect fit. 🐶💛
