✨Friendly reminder!✨ For home visit appts, our arrival window is one hour(30 minutes before and after the scheduled appt time). This information is always included in the reminder texts we send out the day before. If we show up to an appt within the arrival window and no one is home, our policy is to move on to the next stop. We have a lot of dogs on our routes every day and this policy is in place to keep things running smoothly. Thank you everyone! 🧡🐾

Toji is one of our most excited greeters when we arrive and we look forward to it every time. 🥰

We do have to calmly wait a few minutes to let him simmer down before we start, but we are happy to do that. Giving the dogs a chance to get their heart rate back down and closer to their baseline helps to get them "in the zone" with us for nail trims. We love you Toji!
