Animal Advocates of North Texas AANT's intent and purpose is to prevent animal cruelty and neglect, reduce the euthanasia rate of We organize and participate in local adoption events.

We are a rescue group, based in Keller, Texas, primarily involved in rescuing cats and dogs from local shelters and assisting individuals who are trying to help animals in need. Our foster families care for these animals in their homes until they can be placed with loving families. We assist local shelters place their adoptable animals by photographing them and promoting them online.

💛🧡 Adopt Goldie 🧡💛

This little cutie is the easiest dog ever! She 2 years old and 40 lbs of pure love and sweetness. Goldie is potty and crate trained and the BEST pup - non-destructive, non-barker. She has such an easy going temperament - she will interact when the dogs are playing but is also content to nap in her bed.

The poor girl was left outside a lot and her owner passed away with 15 dogs! They were there for two weeks before anyone knew the man had passed. She has scrapes on her back where she was trying to climb under the fence to get help. Luckily, she was rescued and made her way to us. She still needs some weight but she is better each day.

Goldie is just happy to be here and you can tell she is so grateful. I think that one reason she tries to just be easy, peasy. She’s happy to be inside and have a nice bed to nap in!

How cute are these 4 month old pups that were surrendered to an overfull shelter. They are sweet as can be and the best overall pups. This group is awesome with dogs, cats and kids. We love their pretty colors but their personalities are what make them shine. They’ve already done awesome with potty training and have fun, joyful personalities. We anticipate they will be 70 lbs when grown. Come meet these cuties!

ADOPT BONNIE❤️❤️

It’s been a long hard road for me. I lived for a few years outside in horrific conditions with other dogs and cats. A man would throw food out to us but we had no shelter.
When I was rescued I had 3 puppies with me and my companion Ted. I had other litters before that but now I’m safe with a wonderful foster. I’m undergoing heartworm treatment but I can still be adopted now.
My friend Ted and my puppies have all been adopted but I really want a forever home.
I’m such a good girl past the potty training and chewing stage. I’m still quite reserved and will need a patient adopter to let me get to know them.
I get along with dogs and cats and I would love to be a part of your family.

⚾️❤️ Adopt Rigby ❤️⚾️

Sweet Rigby was abandoned inside an apartment when his owners moved. It’s one of those stories you just can’t comprehend. He was found after three days and was so thankful. He has showed his gratitude each and every day since. Rigby is 4 months old and potty and crate trained. We estimate that he will be 60 lbs when grown. He the sweetest and his favorite thing to do is playing with his friends. He also enjoys snuggling in your lap for a nap or under your desk while you work. He’s super social and loves everyone!
Rigby is just missing his forever home!

🌹💚 Adopt Rosalee 💚🌹

This two year old girl deserves a wonderful family most of all. She belonged to crappy owners and was left in a outdoor cage her whole life. A Good Samaritan would go feed her everyday and finally the owner agreed to surrender her. Once Rosalee was safe she has shown her love and appreciation everyday with her gorgeous smile and her vibrant personality. She has never met a stranger and is good with all people and dogs. This girl is small at 25 lbs but she can play with everyone - big and small. Rosalee is potty and crate trained. Unfortunately, she will be going through heartworm treatment, but that is covered under the rescue and will have no long term affects. She is so ready for her forever home. She does enjoy playing so another playful pup would be optimum.
