Creating another post because the other is confusing me. We are having an Axolotl drawing. Tickets are $5. You can purchase and enter as many times as you would like. I will be branching out and learning shipping for this. If you require shipping then you will be responsible for the overnight shipping cost. I do offer pickup in Keene TX. How it works is you venmo me the amount you want and I will add your names for each ticket. If you purchase 1 ticket I will add your name once, 2 tickets I will add your name twice and so on. I will do a video drawing in exactly one week on Thursday October 9th at 12pm. Below I am posting pics of the two axolotls available to win. You will get your choice between the two. One is a wild type and the other is a hypomelanistic copper.

This post is not to shame anyone and I won't allow any bashing. This is just to show what happens when you stick an Axolotl into a regular fish tank. In this case a gold fish tank. This is why you tub babies. So you can keep a close eye and make sure that they do not starve and so that you can control their water better. This Axolotl had his gills completely burned off by ammonia and was starving. We have had Pitiful Pete for 2 weeks now. He has gained a little weight and I noticed this morning that we are starting to have some gill growth! Two pics are from day one when we received him 2 weeks ago and two pics are from this morning. It was very touch and go. His throat muscles were deteriorated and weak like the rest of him. He had a very hard time swallowing and keeping food down. We gave him micro bits of repashy grub pie until he gained enough strength to swallow live black worms. I wasn't sure he would make it. But now he is getting down and keeping down both live black worms and pieces of red wrigglers and has gained some weight!!
