At Pawsitive Vibes, we're dedicated to providing top-notch care for your beloved pets, ensuring they leave looking and feeling their absolute best. As we strive to accommodate every pup in our schedule, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our appointment policies:

🐶 **Cancellation Policy:** Should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for you to inform us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after that timeframe will incur a fee of 50% of the grooming service cost. Your understanding and support in this matter will allow us to best serve all of our clients and their precious pups.

🐾 **Late Arrival:** We value your time as much as we cherish your furry companions! To ensure smooth operations and uphold the quality of our service, we kindly request punctuality. A late fee of $15, per dog, will be applied for appointments delayed by 10 minutes or more if we are able to get you in that day. If we cannot then the appointment is considered a cancellation.

Your cooperation with these policies enables us to maintain our commitment to excel in grooming while accommodating the needs of all our clients. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.

This Friday, May 3rd we are going to be doing 5 dollar Friday. Come in and get a nail trim for only $5! If you are wanting nail polish/art, it will be an additional $5! We are only doing it from 9am-12pm. Hope to see you and your furry friends! No appointment needed! Walk-ins only. First come first serve.
