Ah Yeah! This Cow is positive for PAGs😀 She is Pregnant ❤️

The determination of proteins secreted by the placenta and related to the presence of a viable conceptus called pregnancy-associated glycoproteins (PAGs) represents a diagnostic tool to identify pregnant or non-pregnant animals and to predict early pregnancy failures.

PAGs can be detected in Mother’s Milk and Blood. It can be detected as Soon as 30 Days after Breeding.

Main Drawback:
Once PAGs are released in blood and milk, It persists for 60 Days So it can give False positive Results if the Fetus has Died. So the pregnancy must be rechecked by Ultrasonography to check viability of fetus
