At The Humane Society of Greater Kansas we love catching our team going above and beyond to care for our shelter pets. ♥️

Here, in her natural environment, our awesome team member, 🌟Season🌟, was caught multitasking finishing up her cleaning while snuggling one of our newest members to our program.

🧐 If you look VERY closely you’ll see the most adorable little kitten snuggled right up next to her neck. 🤭

Thank you Season for being an integral part of our team and using any chance you get to socialize even the tinniest of babes.

📣GOLDEN STAR STAFF SHOUT OUT📣

We want to take a few minutes out of your day to give a shout out one of our INCREDIBLE team members, Courtney.

Courtney has been with us for almost 3 years now, and has been instrumental in ensuring our shelter pets are taken care, loved, and spoiled while they are here. 🥹

Yesterday we even caught her RED HANDED giving our big Doberman boy a bubble bath! 🛁🤭

When she’s here there is a common phrase heard over the walkie, “has anyone seen Courtney?” She’s ALWAYS hustling from one task to the next.

🌟A true ROCKSTAR! 🌟

And in her “down time” you can find her putting playgroups together (pictured are our boys Joey, Zoomy and Chewy — they are all available for adoption and are the bestest boys), or snuggling scared chihuahuas!

We are so grateful for Courtney and her dedication to caring for our animals! ♥️

As sweet as his name, Tw***ie is looking for his forever home!

He’s such a sweet, mellow guy that enjoys the company of his fur friends and his people. 💚

He’s a reserved fellow, quiet, and has about 10 minutes of “energy” to romp around each day. Then he wants to spend the rest of his day lounging around on a soft dog bed.

He’d prefer a house with people that match his style — slow walks on the beach, maybe some slow jams, and game of scrabble. 😅 If that’s you, come meet this sweet boy!
