Nike’s puppies have arrived🥰
Born May 20th🐾

1 angel girl 😇

Nike’s X-ray showed 8-9 puppies so I thought she was done at 9. I could still feel that she had a puppy left inside and she was only occasionally pushing. We headed to the vet where they determined the puppy inside didn’t have a heartbeat. She was given a shot of oxytocin to help her deliver the puppy naturally. After a second injection she was able to deliver a perfect little girl. It breaks my heart when there is nothing I can do to save them😪 I dried her off and wrapped her up as Nike and I gave her kisses and let her know she was so loved. I know these things happen but it never feels less painful.
I’m so thankful that Nike and her 9 puppies are doing well and very grateful that she’s already a good mama❤️Nike’s puppies have arrived🥰
