Dear Valued Client,
We hope that 2023 finds you well. We are excited to announce some changes to Countryside Animal Clinic in the new year. Dr. Rick Myers has decided to retire after many years of dedicated service to his wonderful clients and their pets. Dr. Carsyn Beach and the staff will continue to provide excellent care for you and your pets, along with new owners Dr. Jessie Lex and Laura Klocow, CVT. We all wish Dr. Myers the absolute best in his new endeavors and we cannot thank him enough for giving us the opportunity to continue to serve you at the level you deserve.
We would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves. Dr. Jessie Lex is a 2013 graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and has been practicing small animal medicine in western Montana since 2014. She grew up in Buffalo, NY and made the move to Montana with her husband to enjoy the incredible outdoor experiences Montana has to offer and develop her career in veterinary medicine. Laura Klocow was born and raised in Montana and has been a veterinary technician for 22 years. She grew up in Missoula and graduated from the University of Montana before attending veterinary technician school in Denver. After graduation, Laura moved back to Missoula to work in small animal and emergency medicing before relocating to the valley 15 years ago with her husband.
Dr. Lex and Laura are committed to continuing to provide impeccable medical care and client communication for many years to come. We understand how important your furry family member’s health and well-being is and strive to provide you with accurate, up-to-date recommendations that are tailored to meet you and your family’s needs so your pets can enjoy life well into their senior years.
We are looking forward to meeting you all and working with Dr. Beach to continue providing the very best veterinary care, tailored to fit your pets’ unique needs.
