We made a last minute decision to head to Red Deer last week and we're glad we did!

Meaghan and Faith In My Dreams were champions of the L1/RAPP derby and 3rd in the L4/RAPP derby winning just shy of $3400 for Ronnie Robinson. Meaghan was also 3rd in the L1 divisions on Platinum Topgun (also owned by Ronnie).

Taylor had a pretty run in the Limited Open on Ronnie's Ima Gunpowder Whiz and they're really close to putting it all together.

Vanessa and Rizzo had a nice Non Pro run finishing 3rd and despite having trouble in the derby they finished the week winning $1400.

We're looking forward to seeing everyone in Wilsall next month and celebrating at the MRHA/YRHA banquet!

Meaghan and Faith! Woohoo

Last weekend Meaghan and Taylor got to ride in the Martin Larcombe clinic hosted by Reining Alberta and this week we were putting things together back in the show pen in Claresholm!

Thank you Dave and The Xibition for putting on a great spring show. Despite the early snow we were grateful to get some of our horses schooled and ready for the season to come.

Meaghan and Faith In My Dreams picked up Slate 1 Reserve and Slate 2 Champion honors in the Open for Ronnie Robinson. Taylor won money both days in her Open debuts on Ima Gunpowder Whiz (for new owner Ronnie Robinson). Vanessa and Whizkey Stunt Girl also picked up a nice check in the Novice Non Pro and she brought her 3 year old along for the ride.

Next for us will be YRHA I in a couple of weeks! We will be crossing our fingers that the snowy days are behind us 😬
