Thanksgiving is full of delicious foodโฆ but not all of it is safe for our furry friends!
Hosting this year? Traveling? Furry guests included?
Make sure the pets stay safe around the holiday food โ a little prevention goes a long way!
Here are top foods to avoid:

โข Cooked bones can splinter โ choking or bowel perforation
โข Fatty skin/drippings can trigger pancreatitis

Stuffing (Onions, Garlic, Shallots, Leeks)
โข Even small amounts can be toxic
๐ Grapes & Raisins
โข Found in salads, stuffing, baked goods
โข Can cause acute kidney failure in dogs
๐ซ Chocolate & Cocoa Desserts
โข Toxic ingredients: theobromine + caffeine
โข Can lead to seizures, arrhythmias, or worse
โ Xylitol (Sugar-Free Sweetener)
โข In sugar-free pies, baked goods, some peanut butter
โข Causes severe hypoglycemia + liver failure

โข Ferments in the stomach โ ethanol + gas
