So it’s been awhile since I e posted .
But I’d like to make a point . When you have a vet for your animal there’s a couple things you should realize
1. Your vet knows you and your animal
2 your vet should have the equipment they need to best serve your animal
3 that equipment they need is very costly , some of it never pays for itself , but the equipment might be needed
4 access ability, your vet should be accessible either by phone or in person
That being said . When something comes up comes up and you call . Basically you get free advice ! That’s part of the service that your animals vet does .
So when you call and ask for free advice , then use another vet for other basic service , how does the vet pay for his equipment ?
So. When you call a vet for free advice , support that vet . I don’t care who you use , but to always call for free advice because no one else will give it to you , or answer there phone , then use another vet for normal services is just plain rude .
Use the internet if you want free advice . To take a vet , or techs time then just make excuses why you used another vet is frustrating. So please. Choose who you want to use carefully .
It’s really getting old that some of you decide to play this game .
Emergency is different , but it’s frustrating to have this continuously happen . I
Remember when another vet sees your horse , you are considered now to be that vets client because they are the one who saw your animal last .
We provide the services to our clients . It takes a huge amount of time . Please be considerate to whoever you use .
