Our Story
One of the things that are very important to us at PetStore.Direct is our Core Values. We share them openly with our customers, suppliers, brands and anybody we come in contact with. Our Core Values guide our behavior and help explain what matters most to us and what kind of culture we support. They help us attract like-minded employees, customers and partners.
We get a bit obsessive about our Core Values to ensure we live them and breathe them every day. You will find them on our website, in our email signatures, on the walls in our office, in packages that are going out to customers… you name it. Every morning we get together for a quick huddle to get the team aligned and to give a shut out to team members who show examples of practicing our Core Values on a daily basis.
