Update on the shop

As of right now it doesnt look like we will be opening again on the 12th as the plumbing needs for both the old location and the new wont be able to be addressd in that time.

We Are working with the Juneau Economic Development Council (JEDC), plumbers, and property management to get things in order.

We Are also looking at other options to get some dogs groomed in the meantime. We haven't decided yet if that means temporarily moving back to our home location or seeing if we could temporarily use another facility in town. No definitive decisions have been made.

We appreciate all of you being patient and understanding as we move forward and continue to apologize for the inconvenience this causes you.

We will continue to update here as we know more.

An update on the shop
As it would turn out, the plumbing at the new space wont fit our requirements for bathing and has some issues from previous tenneants that needs to be addressed before we can move forward.

A plumber is comming in to see what can be done to get us in as soon as possible, but its looking like we will have to be closed longer than the 12th.

I will hold out and messages until 72hours before the 12th and then notify those whose appointments are affected if we need to remain closed longer.

We apologize for this delay and are working as hard as we can to remedy this situation. We appreciate your understanding as we move forward.

We haven't taken down appointments to keep anyone who hasn't been notified from taking the "open spot"

Due to standing water and its associated health concerns we will be suspending services until the move. All affected customers will be contacted and moved according to whose appointment was canceled first.

Attention everyone 4/21/26

For any of my customers that have appointments this week that are or have loved ones that are immunity compromised, the groomers are sick. Not so sick we cant work, but sick non the less. So if you need to reschedule because of that no worries, or if you need to come in in a mask, we have given the heads up. We wont be wearing them as we dont have any and dogs get weird when we wear them.

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that we now have an automated answering system for the business line that can help you make appointments.

We have had a bunch of calles at 11pm and 1am for appointments and we often have to stop grooming to answer calls and make appointments. So to ensure we can focus on your dog and get them out in a more timely manner we have implanted this system.

Please call it at your leisure and test it out and send us any feedback for changes you'd like us to implement or let us know if you liked it!
