With much thought and no regrets Lynne Lee and Stan Lee would like to announce that we are stepping aside at this time. It's not quite retirement as we will continue in other fashions. For over 25 years now, we have provided services and products with several endeavors within Juneau. We have always put our customers first over our personal lives within these endeavors from towing, novelty shops, auto repair, gas stations, property rentals, and the much beloved VFS animal cremation. As all these businesses were very successful and accepted within the community serving all of SE Alaska. We would like to say thank you to the community for the support. As business evolves and changes daily there is a back side to all small businesses a lot of people may not understand, there are large sacrifices made by the Owners and Families of all small businesses as we put others first. So at this time we are choosing to put our families first as we have chosen to redirect our goals to enjoyment that may include spending time with our family, warmer winter months, summer time fishing, and seeing what the world may offer. This opportunity has become available because of the support of the community, and sacrifices which have allowed us to do so. Thank You for all the business throughout the years! We will always be grateful and thankful.
Pet Cremation
Pet Cremation will continue without any interruptions, serving SE Alaska. Lynne would not allow the standard and practice she has provided to the community to be jeopardized in any way. This is truly a needed service. It was a hard decision but after a long time looking for the right person or family to pass the reins to and after considerable thought we have found the family. Ike and Vi will be filling Lynne’s shoes. As a family and pet owners they are compassionate and respectful. After months of training with Lynne they have chosen to continue operations with the same beliefs. This decision was not taken lightly but they have our fullest endorsement. Auto Repair by Stan Lee:
Stan will continue with auto repair offering Precision Auto Alignments and Auto Repair Consulting with over 27 years of experience and continues enjoying the industries and the customers he has maintained throughout the years. There will be no interruptions to current fleet or wholesale accounts for the foreseeable future. Current and pre-existing customers will continue as usual with priority scheduling. As for some minor changes to limited hours of operation, Reduced rates for all, we will no longer offer walk-in or same day services at this time. We will be offering Specialized Auto Alignments for compact cars to 24 passenger buses with high top vans/box trucks up to 16,000lbs, suspension repairs, and mechanical consultations to new customers by appointment only Monday thru Thursday from 1pm to 6pm. Regarding Towing:
As Stan Lee no longer offers this service he can still help coordinate as needed for current customers. At this time we recommend and endorse to the fullest Connor Blackwell at Rough Country Towing. He is driven making a path for himself as he is employed in the auto industry with many years of experience within auto repair, understanding the operations of vehicles with mechanical experience allowing him the knowledge to properly tow vehicles without damage. As he continues to grow within the broad spectrum of the industry his hours may be limited, but he is your guy.
