Hartsell's Retrievers All-purpose AKC/UKC registered Labrador Retriever Breeder located in Junction City, OR. All of our labs are genetically health tested and certified by OFA.

Breeding for Health, Conformation, Hunting, Obedience and Family Companions. Our family began Hartsell’s Retrievers in 2012 producing our occasional litter located in Junction city, Oregon. We not only offer Labrador Retriever Puppies but have added Stud Services and Puppy Play Days. Our Labrador Retrievers are Bred to Hunt and Born Companions. They are AKC/UKC registered and genetically tested. O

ur bloodlines include Performance, Conformation and Companion titles. Our dogs are not only our hunting companions and hiking partners, but they are also a part of our family. The goal at Hartsell Retrievers is to produce and match attractive, well bred, healthy Retrievers with their perfect family. Our dogs have a good balance between natural instinct and the loving nature that people desire in the Labrador breed. Our puppies go to their new homes loved and socialized, vet checked and with our 3 part health guarantee.

Turns out there are bigger and better things planned for our girl Attie this year.
Unfortunately, during the ultrasound we learned the breeding was not as successful as we originally hoped, and there were no puppies seen. This was sad to hear but we believe everything happens for a reason. Looking at the bright side, the vet told us that Attie is a healthy girl and there is no reason she can't have puppies in the future, so we will try again at a later date. Until then Attie will continue with her training as we originally planned for 2025.

Day 23- Puppies are beginning to develop eyes, ears, nose, jaw and liver. Size 10mm.

These puppies are your true All-Purpose Labrador Retrievers. Both Parents are proven in the hunting world, show ring and as family companions. We are expecting a healthy litter of black and chocolate puppies with a temperament that makes for the ideal family companion and a drive to excel in whatever sporting, conformation or companion events you desire. Attie has a secret!!.. 🐾🤎🐾🖤🐾
We couldn't be more excited!! Attie decided to come into heat and with the help of Newberg Veterinary clinic, under the care of Dr. Weber, we completed the appropriate progesterone tests and a successful breeding!! We will be checking for pregnancy confirmation at the end of this month- February ❤️

We are looking forward to a black and chocolate litter sired by Tamaria's boy "CHIP" at Mykiss Labradors.
