Cassie will be coming back tomorrow from maternity leave as our groomer!! If you do not have her #, please, message me.
By now, I have contacted, as many as, possible that have standing reservations from February 1st and beyond. There are a couple that I could not get in touch with and I apologize in advance.
So, as some of you know, I’ve been back full-time at the kennel since mid-November. That was supposed to last a couple of weeks but things happen and I’m still here. I have tried to juggle my family, my businesses and 13 of our personal dogs, and I’m killing myself. I’ve had to make some decisions and it hasn’t been easy.
January 31st 2023, I will be closing the boarding side of PPP. In this industry you have to be fully present whether you have 2 dogs or 25. While everyone is enjoying their kids and family on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, all the holidays, etc…. spring break and summer, you are at the kennel taking care of the K9 and feline children. The dogs come first in this business. It’s not a job I have taken lightly and I have striven to do my very best in caring for each and every one.
I am open to leasing the boarding side of the facility if the RIGHT person comes along. Before you contact me, please, know that this is a 7 day a week 365 day a year job with back and forth trips from your home to the kennel at least four times a day, unless you make a day of it.
You can email me at [email protected]
I know this is very disappointing for some, but, I hope you understand. I am honoring any standing reservations in January, but, will not take any more reservations this month. So those who are scheduled I’ll see you and your pups this week.
