Just want to say Thank you! to all my loyal clients for letting take care of your furbabies. I love them like they are mine. I have to say I have some of the best client family ever! I love what I do🩷🐾

🚨🚨New policy🚨🚨

*No show/no call for grooming appointments & cancellations without 24 hour notice.. must be paid before you can rebook.

1st time: half price of the grooming appointment missed

2nd time: full price of grooming appointment missed

*Cancellations for boarding without a 48 hour notice..

1st time: half amount of boarding cost.

2nd time: full amount of boarding cost.

Some new changes.

* Appointments will be considered no shows if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment. I will no longer take you if you’re 15 minutes late without calling. It puts me behind on everyone that is on the books that day.

*There will be no more pickups or drops offs on major holidays.
So please understand I am closed for pickup and drop offs on Sunday so if the Holiday falls on a Monday it will be Tuesday for pickup or make arrangements to pick up the Saturday before.

*There will be a $10 fee for fleas per dog.
It is costing me more money in product to wash them multiple times and I have to spray my shop when a dog comes in with fleas.
